Project Tongariro AGM 2022
Project Tongariro's AGM weekend is approaching fast! Make sure you book your ticket for the catered dinner on Saturday night and accommodation ASAP.
This year our AGM is being held on Saturday 12th November, 4pm at the Ski One 50 Lodge, 3 Carroll Street, National Park Village.
We have an awesome schedule of events planned for the weekend including a causal dinner at The Park on Friday evening. Saturday morning we're off on a walk along the Tupapakurua Falls Track - go as far as the Falls Lookout (40-50mins) or go further down to the base of the falls. In the afternoon the Annual General Meeting will kick off at 4pm at Ski One 50 Lodge, followed by happy hour, a catered dinner, raffle, quiz and guest speaker. Sunday we've got another walk planned along the Marton Sash and Door Tramway Cycle & Walking Trail (approx. 3-4 hours max).
Bunk style accommodation is available for Friday and/or Saturday at the Ski One 50 Lodge, however there are plenty of other accommodation options available in the village if you wish to book something a little more private.
